About Me
My name is Sierra Slaughter and I am a resident of Beaumont, TX. I am 30 years of age and I am married with almost 3 kids. (hee hee) I am due to have my third child on April 1st.
My Scentsy Story
I joined Scentsy in Feb. of 2011 because I'd been a hostess for a friend for quite some time. She saw my drive and believed that I would do great with Scentsy. At first I was a bit skeptical because the only other thing that I'd done was sell Mary Kay. I prayed about it and felt that it was a great move for me.
I signed up on Feb. 24, 2011 and I was super nervous and excited at the same time. When I received my kit, I was thinking to myself, "what did I get myself into?" I took a leap out on faith and brought my kit to work with me. My very first orders came from my coworkers at Deli Management dba Jason's Deli. I then planned to have my launch party in which my friend helped me with. I had so much support from my friends and her friends. After my party it didn't stop there, I drove to a friend's house who was in town. She was interested in finding out what Scentsy was. She and her mom ordered which made me feel super excited; I was so thrilled.
I remember the last day of the month which was when I placed my very first order. It was fair time and I told my fiancé at the time, "Honey we can go to the fair as soon as I put this order in." My first order was exactly $1500.00. Omg!!! I didn't even think that I had it in me to sale this much. If you know me, you know that it gave me an extra drive of wanting the same thing for the next month. April 1st came around and something amazing happened to me, my fiancé proposed to me. I was so excited that the time had finally come. I'm a very eager person so I immediately started looking for my wedding dress and fell in love with it within the same month. I paid for my dress in full by May with my 2 Scentsy paychecks. Isn't that something? All I had to do was pass my scents around and get orders? Oh yes this is for me.
Why did I join?
Scentsy has truly changed my life. I've made so many friends and it is my passion to serve and provide remarkable customer service to my customers. I really believed that I had joined Scentsy for the extra income but it is much more now. I have a business to speak for, to make new friends because I am a social butterfly. and to share the experience of Scentsy to others.
My Accomplishment and Goal
Now 5 years later I am a proud team leader of 12 great Consultants. We are Team Wickless Aromas and we support one another to the fullest! I am currently a Star Consultant paving my way to be a Director. With God, I know anything is possible.
